History

The hotel building formerly called Melantrich has a 85-year tradition and is famous for what is known as Velvet Revolution - crucial break events in Czech history in November 1989. All major prominents - Vaclav Havel, Vaclav Klaus and Alexander Dubcek firstly delivered speech to scores of people from balcony of this building. It was completely renovated to an apartment hotel, which was opened on July 2004.

In the hotel there is an underground garage where you can park your car.The building complex is guarded around the clock; two elevators. RESTAURACE OASIS CITY this quiet and exclusive catery which opens Monday - Saturday from 8:00am until 10pm can be reserved for smaller functions or private banquets.
