How far are you from the city centre?
The Legerova street is not far from the Wenceslas Square. And you can walk almost everywhere. You can take a look at the map of the city to have an idea. If you do not wish to walk, you can use the public transportation (metro and trams), which is very cheap. The metro stops at midnight, the trams are going all night.

Can we pay by a credit card?
No. We accept cash (any convertible currency) and travellers cheques.

So what about the promoted free internet?
Yes, it is true. Fifteen of our rooms have a socket for internet connection, which means that you can connect your computer to the net. And it is all free and unlimited. In case you do not have the computer, we can lend you one.

How late are you open?
The reception works 24 hours a day.

Is there a curfew?
No. You can leave and enter any time. All the room keys include also the key for the front door.

What's the check-out time?

About 10 a.m. If you plan to depart later, you can store the luggage in a special room and pick it up later.

Where can we stop our car when we arrive?
Just in front of the house. But it's a short-term parking only. After having checked-in you have to either use the garage or park somewhere else on the street.

Do you have a safe parking?
Yes, we have our own garage. It costs 200,- Kc (about 11 DEM, 6 USD). There can be stored up to 5 cars and motorbikes there. If you wish we can also park your car by ourselves. In any case we will need to keep your car key.

Can we pay the accommodation in advance (we need to have it paid in order to get the visas)?

Can we smoke in the hotel?
Yes but only in the smokers rooms. Their numbers are 1 - 9. Apart of three rooms in the first floor (5, 6 and 7) generally all the LUX rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have telephones in the rooms.
Yes, the rooms are all equipped with phones with direct outside connection.

Can I use my AT&T / MCI / Sprint / Canada Direct calling card?
Yes, for free, directly from your room.

Can I connect my laptop to the telephone line in the room and get to the internet or send faxes?
Yes.
