The hotel design has been based on “Don Giovanni”; the famous and notorious lady-killer in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s opera which was first performed in Prague in 1787.

Bookings made through this website includes FREE public transportation, FREE use of the hotel garage and a FREE upgrade to a Family Suite when travelling with the kids!

Those travelling with up to 2 children (max. 16 years old) enjoy a free upgrade to spacious family suites at the rate of a superior double room. Single travellers are upgraded to a superior double room at no extra charge. Each week, live arias from the “Don Giovanni” opera are performed in the hotel bar "Amadeus".

Enjoy modern comforts and friendly service by staying in one of the hotels’ 397 non-smoking Superior Rooms and Family Suites.

Non-smoking Superior Rooms are 27 SQM / 290 Sq. feet in size and feature private en-suite bathroom with bath and / or shower, air-conditioning, twin or king bed, satellite-TV (CNN, BBC), PAY-TV, mini-bar, complimentary coffee & tea set, working desk, seating area, and a private safe.

Non-smoking Family Suites are 40 SQM / 431 Sq. feet in size, featuring the same amenities as Superior Rooms. In addition, Family Suites feature 1 king and 2 single beds and a larger seating area.

Restaurants and bars

Start your day with a delicious American breakfast buffet served in the Don Giovanni’s breakfast restaurant TEATRO.

Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine offered by the hotel restaurant “Allegretto” - a free cold starter is served on the house!

Home-made Austrian & Czech pastries and freshly brewed coffee specialities, Czech draft beers and the infamous local plum brandy “Slivovice” are served in the hotel bar “Amadeus”. Every week W.A. Mozart’s most popular arias are performed LIVE in the hotel lobby.

How to get there

The hotel offers reliable, safe and quality airport-transfer service, operated by multi-lingual drivers on a non-smoking basis. Single fare is offered at CZK 850,00 inclusive of V.A.T. (ca. EUR 33,00).

The hotel does not recommend the use of independent street taxi's, nor can or will it involve itself in doing business with such service.

Bookings can be made through the booking form (mention your date and local estimated time of arrival, and flight number in the field MESSAGE TO THE HOTEL) or via e-mail. The credit-card by which you will pre-pay the booking will be used a a guarantee to confirm the airport transfer. Payment is to be made with the hotel concierge, upon arrival.

When travelling by car follow the following instructions:
DRESDEN / TEPLICE E 55: When arriving to Prague follow the direction CENTRUM. Continue straight on main road V Holesovickach, continue straigh on road Argentinska. Follow a half right and then full right turn.
You then underpass the city highway, take a right into this city highway Wilsonova. Follow the signs Dorint Don Giovanni Prague. Go straight past the main train station and then the state opera,which appears on your left. Turn left after the state opera direction Vinohrady. Continue straight on the street Vinohradska for app. 2 km. The hotel will appear in front of you. Cross the main road and then turn left to the hotel entrance.

VIENNA / BRÜNN E50, E55, E65: When arriving to Prague follow the main road leading towards the centre. Follow street Brnenska where you see a large office building on you right. Go straight direction - centrum, stay on this road called 5 Kvetna. On your right you see a tall building, continue straight and cross the bridge. Follow the signs Dorint Don Giovanni Prague. Continue to go straight further to the town. The National Museum appears on your left, here you have to go right at the big crossing. When on the Vinohradska street, go straight for app.2 km. The hotel will appear in front of you. Cross the main road and then turn left to the hotel entrance.

Bookings made on this website are offered at the hotel best-available rate, at the following booking restrictions: Full prepayment required. No refund is given for cancellation. Bookings cannot be changed.

To pre-pay your booking simply provide your credit-card number and expiration date when making the booking. An invoice wil be provided to you upon arrival to the hotel, showing the payment made. For an immediate copy of your invoice please contact the hotel, once you have completed the booking.
