Hotel Popelka aimst at providing those who visit Prague with a home away from home. All the rooms and apartments are en suite, with a toilet and a bathroom in which a shower or bath is installed, also a hair dryer is there for your convenience. The rooms are furnished in an elegant modern style which includes a telephone, satellite TV, a minibar and safe. Many guests will appreciate access to a fast Internet in the rooms and at the reception hall provided free of charge. Guests will certainly start the day in a good mood when they see the breakfast spread in our breakfast restaurant. The price of the rooms includes a buffet breakfast. Apart from the usual menu we can comply with any guest´s special diet needs. Memembers of the hotel staff are always ready to come to your assistance. At the reception desk there is also a service for changing currencies, purchasing postcards and stamps, buying refreshments and tickets for local transport.

Accommodation

Hotel Popelka offers you to your comfortable stay very luxurious and well-appointed single, double triple and quad rooms and apartments. The rooms are modernly equipped and toned in a comforting manner. All rooms have their own bathroom with bath or shower and hair dryer. Other facilities belonging to each room are a satellite TV, a minibar, a safe, a telephone and internet connection. All rooms are non-smoking and the building is protected by the latest smoke alarm and fire detection system. Some rooms are specifically equipped and designed to accommodate disabled persons. Also hallways and the elevator are designed for easy access by disabled.

Conference

Hotel Popelka offers a lounge, including a summer terrace, which is an offer for business meetings, presentations etc. This room has a capacity for 15-20 people. The conference room is appropriately furnished and has a flip chart and magnetic board available. We can always provide other technical aids to comply with your specific needs. Naturally we serve refreshments in the course of such business meetings.

How to get there

Hotel Popelka is situated in the street Na Popelce, a mere 100m from a street called Vrchlickeho. The hotel is easily reachable not only by car, but also by city public transport. Coming by car: Street PLZENSKA - VRCHLICKEHO - along the AutoPorshe Smichov - petrol station SHELL and at the trafic light turn the right. Coming by plane: Distance from the airport Praha-Ruzyne is 9 km, by taxi appr. 20 minutes. If you want go to the hotel by public transport: Purchase 20 CZK ticket for public transportation at the airport. This ticket will get you all the way to the hotel. Take bus 100 and get off at the stop ZLICIN, metro (Underground) line B station ZLICIN. Take line B to station ANDEL. Get off here and walk outside. From here take the tram No.9, 4, 7 or 10 to the stop called U ZVONU. Get off at this stop and walk to the hotel via STAROKOSIRSKA street, which eventually leads into the street NA POPELCE where the hotel is located. The whole trip should take appr. 35 minutes.
