How to get there from the airport
(Praha Ruzyne)

The best way to get airport is to use CEDAZ minibus directly from the airport forecourt. The cost to any address is fixed for 1-4 persons at 480 CZK (€17). The journey takes 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Alternatively, you can save money by taking the CEDAS shuttle bus. This will take you to "V celnici" street near namesti REPUBLIKY in the centre for just 90 Kc (€3.20) per person. As you get off, head for the entrance into a metro station of the same name - NAMESTI REPUBLIKY. Buy a ticket (14 CZK) from the newsagents' located underground, to the right of the glass doors, then go down the escalators and use the platform on the left. Go to KARLOVO NAMESTI (3 stops), get off and use the exit signposted to Karlovo namesti (not Palackeho namesti ! ), to your left as you leave the metro carriage.
When you leave the escalator, take the first exit to your right (it is, in fact a second one since the very first one is boarded up due to some construction work). If you followed the instructions carefully, you should be now facing a tram stop, and have a park and a large baroque church of St. Ignatius on your left. That church is where Jecna street begins. Walk up Jecna about 200 m until you reach the house, situated on the right hand side of the street, the same side as the church. If your luggage is heavy or if you bought a season ticket for Prague's intergrated transport network (recommended, 3,7 and 15 day tickets are available for very low prices), you can use trams 16, and 10 to move up one stop.
