I really think that forwarding my letter to your hotels and having them write to me was a very clever thing! I had never had that happen before. It was kind of like having the hotels bid for my business and I really liked having the opportunity to choose from the offers that they presented to me. I have never seen any other agency do something like that (I travel ALOT). I would certainly do it again. I also liked the fact that you sent me a personal response, rather than a prepared response. I am sure it takes more time, but it really makes a difference.
