Sieber Hotel & Apartments is a small but luxury four-star hotel with 20 rooms and suites. Hotel provides its services mostly for business clintele, but is suitable for those who prefer friendly and comfort accommodation. With its location in a quiet Prague part Královské Vinohrady but just a few minutes walking distance from the city centre is the ideal starting point from which to explore the historical monuments and night life.

History

Hotel Sieber and the building in which it is located belong to the Sieber family. It was built in 1889 as a typical three-storey block of flats. In 1931 the fourth floor was built. During the Second World War the building was damaged by bombing which completely ruined one of the buildings on the opposite side of the street.

After the Communist Party started ruling the country in 1948 the building was confiscated by the state without any financial compensation for Sieber family.

In 1991 the building returned to its original owners in poor condition.

Hotel Sieber offers 13 luxury fully airconditioned double rooms (double or single use), 4 junior suites and 3 suites.

All rooms are equiped with a satellite television set, a minibar, a safe, direct dial telephones with the option of computer connection.

Duplex suites are luxurious with handsome open staircases connectiong the living area with the sleeping quarters, perfect for those making a long stay.

Restaurants and bars

The restaurant of Hotel Sieber offers Czech specialities or familiar international dishes prepared by the wellknown chef. An excellent slecetion of wines is available.

Conference

The Meeting room available for small business meetings ( max. 25 persons ), technical equipment on high level. Rent of the meeting room is charged per hour, not per day. Coffeebreaks, lunches , dinners.

Hotel Sieber is located in Slezská str. 55 in Vinohrady in Prague 3, near Jiøího z Podìbrad Square. It is just 2 stations by underground from the Wenceslas Square, 5 min. from the center by tram and 15 min. walking distance from the city centre up the Vinohradská str. Vinohradská str. is one of the shopping streets in Prague.
