Residence STANDARD (Prague apartments ) The Residence STANDARD offers a very cosy accommodation in luxury apartments (100 m²) with stunning views of the Prague Castle. The Art Nouveau house is a national monument of culture and was built in 1913 in the historic centre of Prague, on the bank of the Vltava (Moldau) River between the National Theatre and the High Castle (Vysehrad).

Both metro and tram stations are located nearby. The location is ideal because of the easy access to historical monuments and cultural buildings in Prague. Directly in front of the Residence STANDARD, on the bank of the Vltava River, you will find the only sand beach in Prague. The river even offers anglers the possibility of catching fish!

Accommodation

The apartments have 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with air-conditioning and a set of seats with the possibility to give more beds into the room. In addition the apartments have a kitchen, hall, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The quality of the equipment is high including minibar, safe, TV/SAT, Wi-Fi, washing-machine, bidet, hair-dryer, washing-machine for dishes, kitchen with microwave (the equipment is in accordance with the kategorie of four-star-hotels ****). Some apartments have a balcony.


The house has 5 floors with lift access. Breakfast is served buffet style in our air-conditioned restaurant. We offer our guests a locked car park or an independent garage for an extra fee. Guests of the Residence STANDARD can also enjoy internet access in the reception area for free. The reception can arrange a number of services including: sightseeing tours of Prague, guided excursions to a number of cultural sites throughout the Czech Republic, a reliable taxi to the airport and other places outside the city, as well as other services.
