The hotel and restaurant "Schoene-Aussicht" has belonged to the Halbow family since 1921. The hotel has over 39 comfortable rooms, most of them facing south and equipped with shower and toilet, cable TV and telephone.

Party and conference rooms for family gatherings and meetings are available next to the restaurant. Conference rooms for 4 - 90 guests are equipped with overhead projectors, flip charts, video system and projection screens. The large, partially covered garden terrace has seats for approx. 200 people and offers a wonderful view of the Main river valley, from the Spessart Hills to the Odenwald Hills. .

On our extensive menu you will find local specialities as well as German and international dishes. Our chefs have put together an extremely varied menu for parties. Our wide menu selection is topped off with fresh cakes and pies which are made daily by our own bakery. We offer specialty beers such as Pils, Schwartzbier and Hefeweizen on tap. In addition to the Frankfurter "Ebbelwoi" (apple wine), we offer wine from a wide selection of vineyards.

The hotel is located in the eastern part of Frankfurt. That means the hotel can be reached from the airport in 30-40 minutes by car. Journey by taxi from the airport costs approx. 60-70 DM. Public transport is much cheaper, but it takes about 1 hour from the airport.
Our guests get a free transportation from the hotel to the U7 subway station, as well as to the Enkheim, Fechenheim and Maintal industrial area. This service has to be booked in advance.
